About
Bienvanui, a fine-dining restaurant
Bienvanui is a culinary establishment born of multiple culinary traditions, multiple islands, and a shared vision: to welcome guests, connect with them, and tell the story of the world through food.
The name Bienvanui evokes both the sea and the mountains, echoing the chef’s Vietnamese origins while resonating with the Provençal spirit—as a natural expression of welcome.
“Our cuisine does not seek to fuse cultures. It respects their individual identities.”
Two menus, two world cuisines
The chef presents a culinary experience organized around two distinct menus, conceived as two culinary journeys in their own right:
- Asia, featuring Asian cuisine built around broths, fresh herbs, and spices.
- The Mediterranean, featuring sun-kissed Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the shores of the South.
Pastry: A Bridge Between Cultures
The pastry chef embodies the link between these two culinary worlds. With roots in Réunion and Sicily, her pastries naturally echo Asian flavors on one hand and Mediterranean flavors on the other—a sweet signature that mirrors the restaurant itself: diverse, yet true to each of its roots.
Our menus—a double invitation to travel
At Bienvanui, the menu reads like a selection of destinations. Two menus, two worlds, yet the same commitment to precision and flavor.
The Asian menu invites you on a sensory journey through fragrant broths, fresh herbs, and subtle spices, in the tradition of authentic and generous Asian cuisine.
The Mediterranean menu evokes sunshine, olive oil, flavor-packed vegetables, and produce from the southern coast—a sunny and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
Reservations - an intimate table in the heart of the house
Bienvanui is an intimate spot: just 4 tables, seating 12 guests. This intentionally intimate setting allows the chef and pastry chef to pay close attention to every plate, every course, and every moment spent at the table.
This intimate setting guarantees an authentic culinary experience, far from the hustle and bustle of large dining rooms—a place where you can take the time to savor the food, chat with others, and feel truly welcome.
Since seating is limited, reservations are strongly recommended, especially for weekends and weekday dinners.
Privatization - Bienvanui, Just for You
For an exceptional dinner, a birthday, a business event, or a small gathering, Bienvanui can be fully reserved to offer you an intimate, tailor-made setting.
The restaurant, with its 4 tables and seating for 12, is naturally suited for occasions that call for discretion and a close-knit atmosphere: a private dinner, a family gathering, a small corporate event, or an evening with loved ones.
Upon request, the chef and pastry chef will create a custom menu—featuring Asian or Mediterranean cuisine—tailored to the occasion and the number of guests.
