Bienvanui is a restaurant born of diverse cultural heritages, from various islands, and driven by a shared vision: to welcome guests, connect with them, and tell the story of the world through cuisine.

Its name evokes both the sea and the mountains, a nod to the chef’s Vietnamese roots, and also resonates with the Provençal spirit—a natural expression of hospitality.

The chef presents a culinary experience organized around two distinct menus.

An Asian menu, built around broths, herbs, and spices.

A Mediterranean menu, inspired by the sunny shores of the South.

The pastry chef serves as the bridge between these two cultures. With roots in Réunion and Sicily, her culinary world naturally echoes both Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.
